    Started taking this before my morning walk. Has helped me to stay energised through the day and stick to my diet and exercise plan.     One month 1kg fat lost

    I used Shred X before every workout 4-5 times a week. First few times I could fel the heat. But I must have got used to it.

    After a full month i am down 1kg of fat not muscle (measured daily on weekly average)

    The taste is good lemon. It mixes easily

    I can't say it added to my energy level or focus, but I am happy with results. I bought another jar already.
