Pure Whey uses whey protein concentrate and is positioned as a balanced everyday protein option. Lean Whey is typically chosen by people with more specific nutrition preferences, while Pure Whey is designed for broader daily use across training, recovery and active lifestyles.

Pure Whey is based on whey protein concentrate, while Lean WPI uses whey protein isolate, which is more heavily filtered. Pure Whey is intended as a versatile daily option, while WPI is often selected by people who prefer a more refined whey protein format.

Pure Whey Protein Concentrate provides 28.4g of protein per 40g serve. This gives gym-goers and active adults a substantial amount of protein to help support muscle growth, recovery and overall daily protein intake within a consistent nutrition routine.

Pure Whey can fit into both training-day and everyday nutrition routines whenever additional protein is needed. Its whey protein concentrate base and 28.4g of protein per serve make it a flexible option for supporting regular protein intake across an active lifestyle.

Pure Whey Protein Concentrate is available in flavours including Double Chocolate and Vanilla Ice Cream. These options make it easier to keep protein intake consistent while choosing a flavour that suits personal preference and everyday use.

Great lean protein. Good value for money if you get 2 or 3 with the current discount promo. It is very sweet though but that’s just my personal preference.
