No noticeable benefit.
I really wanted this to work, but after 4 weeks of use I didn't feel any different, and it made my skin breakout. Back to the drawing board.

I find it doesn't fully dissolve in the water & always leaves undissolved sediment in the bottom of the glass. Other than that it does what it says on the label.

Oxygenates the blood for your workout
Been using after reading studies; fantastic product for pre workout or any exercise; I loathe caffeine pre training, they just put the heart under stress while the body is cold ; this stuff floods the whole body with NO opening up the vessels which is what your body needs ; also great in the morning to wake yourself up naturally ( body and brain ) because it opens the blood vessels to your brain as well ; try it and you be amazed .

5 star quality for 5 star performance and strength
I've been using this product on and off for a few months now. When I use this product, I feel stronger in my performance. My strength increases, my ability to go harder for longer increases. I feel like I can even breathe better! Being a runner who trains in the gym regular, this is awesome.
I am buying this again and will continue to use this to progress my performance and to feel amazing!
