Description

For endurance athletes who want portable fuel with added caffeine support, Fluid Energy Gel + Caffeine by Pure Sports Nutrition delivers 25g of carbohydrates and 30mg of caffeine per serve in a smooth, easy-to-consume sports gel. Designed for use before or during exercise, it combines concentrated carbohydrate fuel with light stimulant support for running, cycling, racing, field sports and other demanding training sessions.

The formula uses real fruit concentrates and juices alongside carbohydrates and electrolytes, giving Fluid Energy Gel + Caffeine a lighter, more fluid consistency than many traditional thick sports gels. The key difference between this version and Fluid Energy Gel by Pure Sports Nutrition is the addition of 30mg of caffeine per serve. For longer or sweat-heavy sessions, it can also be paired with hydration supplements to support fluid and electrolyte intake.

Benefits of Fluid Energy Gel + Caffeine:

  • Provides 25g carbohydrates per serve
  • Contains 30mg caffeine per serve
  • Supports endurance fuelling on the go
  • Smooth, thin consistency
  • Made with real fruit ingredients
  • Compact and easy to carry

With 25g of carbohydrates, 30mg of caffeine and a light fluid texture, Fluid Energy Gel + Caffeine gives New Zealand endurance athletes a practical way to fuel before or during hard sessions. Shop Pure Sports Nutrition at Nutrition Warehouse NZ and add convenient energy support to the next training or race-day plan.

FAQs

Each serve of Fluid Energy Gel + Caffeine contains 30mg of caffeine. This provides a lighter stimulant option alongside 25g of carbohydrates, making it useful for endurance athletes who want both portable fuel and caffeine support during longer training sessions or events.

Each serve provides 25g of carbohydrates, giving runners, cyclists and other endurance athletes a compact source of fuel for training and competition. The carbohydrate content is paired with 30mg of caffeine for additional energy and focus support.

Fluid Energy Gel + Caffeine is designed to be used before or during exercise. Its portable format makes it particularly practical for endurance events, racing and longer training sessions where carrying a compact carbohydrate source with added caffeine is useful.

The main difference is the addition of caffeine. Fluid Energy Gel + Caffeine provides 30mg of caffeine per serve alongside its carbohydrate content, while the standard Fluid Energy Gel does not include the same caffeine component. Both use a smooth, fluid-style consistency.

The formula uses real fruit concentrates and juices as part of its flavour profile. This helps create a more natural-tasting sports gel with a lighter, less overly sweet character that can be easier to consume repeatedly during longer training sessions or endurance events.

It is designed for active adults and endurance athletes who want convenient carbohydrate fuel with added caffeine support. It can suit running, cycling, racing and field sports, as well as other demanding activities where portable, easy-to-consume energy is useful.

Directions

Take before or during exercise as needed for convenient carbohydrate and caffeine support. Contains caffeine and is not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people sensitive to caffeine. This product is intended for healthy adults; always read the label, use only as directed, and seek medical advice if unsure.
