Mix 1 scoop, 12g, with 250 to 500ml of cold water. Stir or shake and consume. Take 1 serving daily. Scoops are estimates only, weighing scales are recommended. This product is intended for healthy adults; always read the label, use only as directed, and seek medical advice if unsure.

Parcels going to NT, and bulky parcels going to WA may take 5+ business days to arrive.

    It’s ok

    I recently tried AO Creatine as an alternative to the Pharmalabs Orange Sherbet Creatine but have been left disappointed. Taste wise, the Pharmalabs creatine is significantly better. I’m not a big water drinker, I struggle to drink the recommended amount and the Pharmalabs creatine solved the issue, as I can dilute one serve into double the water volume and still enjoy the taste. AP Creatine tastes weak and watery, like a weak barocca flavour even at the recommended water ratio.

    Price wise, serving size and number of doses they are however equal.

    I can’t comment on chemically whether one is better than the other, ie whether the hydration component helps the creatine absorb into the cells better.
