Taking it daily - no complaints
Taking this for about 6 months, following the advice that women in menopause can benefit from taking Creatine daily. I can't really say that I've noticed a difference specifically due to this supplement as I take quite a few different things plus I am training hard. It is a little gritty in texture but so was the last brand that I tried so perhaps this is just how it is. Initially, I was taking it just with water but now I blend it with my Collagen supplement and a bit of protein powder and have it soon after training.
