Burn Whey + Collagen contains Type 1 & 3 Hydrolysed Collagen Peptides from bovine sources and Type 2 Hydrolysed Bone Broth Collagen from bovine sources. Collagen constitutes 30% of our body and plays a vital role in hair, skin, nails, and joints' vitality. As we age, our collagen levels decrease leading to visible signs like wrinkles or sore joints.

Warning: This product should not be your sole source of nutrition but used alongside a balanced diet and suitable exercise regimen. Not recommended for children under 15 years or pregnant women; consult medical or dietetic supervision before use.

Add 1 level scoop (approx. 25g) to a shaker or blender with 200mL of cold water or your choice of milk (dairy, almond, soy). Blend or shake for 30 seconds until fully mixed. For best results take 1-2 serves per day between meals and after exercise.
