Review works best for me as I take shakes late at night
I was using Mas's for some time, then swapped to a cheaper brand, but found it was giving me reflux and also my sleep wasn't the best, switched back to Max's and no problem, will keep using it and not change again

My favourite protein
I have been ordering and using this protein for years. With combination of gym and diet I find it beneficial for weight loss and recovery, it keeps me full and feeling less snacky.
