Take 1 serve about 30 minutes before bed. For a fat stripping program add one scoop to a blender or shaker with 200 – 250 ml of water and mix for 20 seconds until completely dispersed. For a mass building program add 1 – 2 scoops in 500ml of milk.

    My favourite protein

    I have been ordering and using this protein for years. With combination of gym and diet I find it beneficial for weight loss and recovery, it keeps me full and feeling less snacky.

    Another super high quality product from Max’s

    You pay a little extra for Max’s but the flavour and the dissolving is always perfect. I’ve been using several Max’s products for 15+ years and they all taste great, have good macro percentages and mix really well in water or milk.

    I’m on my second bottle of Anabolic Night (chocolate). It has definitely helped with my recovery. It makes me sleep better too and the flavour is as good as a milk shake from the shops. I’ve incorporated it as part of my daily routine and I don’t plan on taking it out.

    I would recommend this product, it has become my favourite Max’s product.
