Directions

Microwave: Add 1 serve (40g) to a microwave-safe bowl with 200-250ml of water and stir. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir. Microwave for a further 1-2 minutes, stirring every minute, until your desired consistency is reached. Let stand, stir and serve. Microwaves vary in power, so cooking times are approximate. Stovetop: Bring 250-300ml of water to the boil. Gradually add 1 serve (40g), stirring constantly until boiling. Reduce the heat and stir for 2-3 minutes until your desired consistency is reached. Remove from heat, let stand, stir and serve.

    Simple way to add more Carbs

    Big fan of this. Two scoops gives around 50g complex carbs. I just add them to shakes to bump carbs and use them either pre or post-post workout.

    Cream of Rice (Chocolate)

    Personally leaving a 4 star review as the texture is odd but luckily enjoyable flavour so I enjoy eating it because of my health goals. Sometimes its a bit grainy but I am sure with extra time and care the texture could be made beautifully.
