When to Consume Total War RTD by Redcon1?

The optimal time to enjoy Redcon1 Total War RTD is 20 to 30 minutes before your workout. This allows ample time for the body to absorb the ingredients effectively, maximizing its benefits. The duration of effects may vary among individuals but generally lasts between 1 to 3 hours depending on tolerance and metabolism.

Caffeine Content in Total War RTD by Redcon1:

Each serving (bottle) of Total War RTD contains 300mg of caffeine anhydrous along with 3200mg of beta-alanine and 6000mg of citrulline malate 2:1 for a potent pre workout experience.

Assess your tolerance by drinking half a bottle prior to training. Once your tolerance is assessed, drink one bottle 30 minutes prior to training. Do not exceed 1 bottle in a 24-hour period.
