Total War by Redcon1 is a high stim pre workout designed for trainers who are used to stimulants and want serious energy and focus before they lift, run or train. The fully disclosed formula is led by 6g of citrulline malate and 3.2g of beta-alanine, with 1g each of beetroot extract and taurine in every scoop.

What stimulants are in Total War?

One scoop provides 250mg of caffeine anhydrous and 100mg of di-caffeine malate. Keep track of any other caffeine you have that day, such as coffee or energy drinks, and avoid training doses close to bedtime.

Is the tingling feeling normal?

Yes. The 3.2g of beta-alanine in each scoop often causes a tingling feeling on the skin, called paraesthesia. It is common and generally fades within an hour.

How do I take Total War?

Mix 1 scoop into 120 to 180ml of water and drink it about 30 minutes before your session.

What type of product is Total War?

Directions

Assess your tolerance by taking 1/2 scoop prior to training. Once your tolerance is assessed mix 1 scoop with 4-6 ounces of water 30 minutes prior to training. Do not exceed 2 scoops in a 24 hour period.
