To assess your tolerance, follow the table below. Once tolerance is determined, take 1 serving (2 capsules) with breakfast and 1 serving (2 capsules) with lunch. For best results, use for 60 days in combination with diet and exercise. Drink 8–10 glasses of water per day.\n\n- Day 1 & 2: 1 capsule, once daily\n- Day 3 & 4: 1 capsule, twice daily\n- Day 5 & beyond: 2 capsules, twice daily\n\nDo not exceed 4 capsules in a 24-hour period.
