Endura's energy gels are a convenient energy source containing caffeine and a unique "multi-speed carb blend" for sustained energy levels. These gels are perfect for on-the-go consumption, making them ideal for your active lifestyle.

Sweetened with branched-chain glucose polymers, these gels facilitate rapid absorption, providing a quick and efficient energy boost despite their compact size.

Each gel is packed with 26 grams of carbs to replenish your glycogen stores promptly, ensuring you receive the necessary energy precisely when you need it.

For optimal results, it is recommended to consume these gels with water. Aim to drink about 300ml of water for every gel ingested. If consuming large amounts of water is challenging, consider taking the gel gradually over 10 to 20 minutes while taking small sips intermittently until you reach the suggested water intake.

For optimal results, consume one 35g serve (about one and a third tablespoon or 26.4 ml).

If consuming before exercise take 15 minutes before. If taking during exercise, consume every 30 minutes. If taking post-exercise make sure you consume immediately after working out.

    Good for long runs and rides

    I enjoy these for my long runs and rides, good on the stomach and taste is pretty decent. It’s a shame that the price has been inflated by $10 a box in the last year, finding it a little hard to justify the price anymore
