What does Hasta certification mean?

A supplement that is Hasta-certified has undergone independent testing by Human and Supplement Testing Australia (HASTA) to ensure it is free of banned substances. This certification is crucial for athletes and individuals subject to drug testing.

Begin with one scoop mixed with 200ml of water on an empty stomach 15–30 minutes before breakfast for the first two days to assess tolerance. An additional scoop may be taken 5–6 hours later if tolerated. Do not exceed two scoops in any 24-hour period. Do not use for longer than eight weeks consecutively; follow with a four-week break. Consume at least two litres of liquid daily while using this product. This product is intended for healthy adults; always read the label, use only as directed, and seek medical advice if unsure.
