Hydration help
I have been using this product for well over 12 months now and have found it to be extremely helpful in keeping me hydrated.
I choose the berry flavoured one, and find the taste delicious!
I used to often feel faint after a training session because my blood pressure would drop due to dehydration.
I would have consumed plenty of water but that was obviously not enough.
I now use this product during and after every training session and no longer experience any faintness at all.

Great
I have been using this product over a year now after never using a "sports drink" before. It's easy to drink, doesn't repeat and is refreshing after a run. I NEVER not have it in my cupboard.
