    Excellent flavour and portion

    I had the gastric sleeve 2 years ago. During 2021 lockdown I gained 8 kilos and have recently been going to CLUBFIT gym in casula. They endorse this at the centre and I grab one after each workout. Perfect portion size for me as a sleever, fantastic flavour, consistency and I can use this as a meal post replacement too. It’s nothing like the gluggy weightloss shakes and actually fills me up nicely and I feel good. Highly recommend
