Phyto Fire Protein by Prana ON

I didn't really want to buy from PranaON anymore after hearing some negative things about their business... but I decided to give this particular protein a go because I wanted a change and this protein is different - its a vegan protein with potential metabolism boosting ingredients. They changed it up recently with new packaging, less servings per pack (?), and change in flavouring -- this was super important for me because previously the Prana original proteins I tried were sickeningly sweet.

I tried the phyto fire dark chocolate, and I was hooked! It's a good clean flavour and the protein feels super light. It also mixes really well. I will consider repurchasing definitely, but I wish I felt better about supporting the business (quite a few people have had the same sort of negative view of the brand... maybe they need to be more transparent and customer-focused) Also, would be good if they had samples!

I've tried quite a few vegan protein powders and this brand is definitely the smoothest and tastiest. Those who say it's gritty are probably comparing to whey or meat proteins.

My favourite flavour so far is Mint Choc Matcha - so refreshing on a hot morning when you don't feel like eating breakfast, indulgent like icecream!

I like to buy flavours that I can't recreate myself (you can always add cocoa, coffee or berry powder for variety to a plain vanilla powder).
