Wondering when to take Perform & Recover Protein? For optimal results, mix two scoops with 250-350ml of water 60 minutes before your workout as a pre-workout boost. After training, consume two scoops with water or milk within 15 minutes to kickstart your recovery process. Additionally, you can enjoy it as a daily protein snack by adding two scoops to smoothies or recipes to increase your protein intake and curb hunger cravings.
