    Difficult to use and not sure if it’s working

    I started taking creatine because I was told it was beneficial for women over 50. It’s gritty and sinks to the bottom in water, so it’s hard to take. I find it easier to mix it into my yoghurt or overnight oats.

    I have tried other brands and they’re all the same, so I think it’s just a problem with the creatine itself rather than this particular brand. I’ll keep taking it, though.
