Hawaiian splice
pretty nice fruity flavour, normally get the grape this was a nice twist. if you like juice you'd like this pre-flavor
as for the pre itself, overall good pre good energy depending if you have one or more scoop definitely felt the itchiness/ tingles

Good brand
I don’t normally take a pre-workout, but from what I’ve tried, this stuff is pretty good. It really does help to get some hydration with a bit of a kick to help get to those sessions when you are feeling just a bit to drained.
