    Suitable for hot day

    I went for a long run one Friday. By half the way, I needed some energy, so I had it. It was totally new experience to try cold gel, and I would say that it’s awesome. Totally recommend for the hot day!

    Trail Running Fuel

    Great priced isotonic energy gels that are easy for me to digest when knocking out the k’s on the trails. The breathe have a menthol component that can help open up

    your airways, which can be helpful after elevation gain. I find that too many of the ‘breathe’ can irritate my throat a bit, so I use them sparingly with the non breathe version.
