Directions
Makes approximately 4 pancakes (10–12 cm each)
To prepare:
Preheat a lightly greased frying pan
Shake the bottle to loosen the dry mix
Remove the lid (keep it aside)
Fill the bottle with water to the marked level or add 280 ml of water, then replace the lid
Turn the bottle upside down, tap the lid firmly on the bench to loosen the mix, and shake well
Allow to stand for one minute
Pour the batter into the pan to your desired pancake size
Cook over medium to high heat for 1–2 minutes on each side or until golden brown
Adjust the water level if you prefer a thicker or thinner pancake
