F Bomb packs a punch with 400mg of caffeine anhydrous, 6400mg of beta-alanine, 300mg of Alpha GPC, 1000mg of Tyrosine, 1500mg of Nitrosigine, along with other powerful ingredients.

When Should You Take F Bomb by Merica Labz?

This extreme stimulant pre-workout is most effective when consumed 15 to 30 minutes before your training session. It's advisable to avoid taking it later in the day due to its caffeine content, which may impact your sleep quality.

Mix 1 scoop with 300-400ml of water and consume approximately 15-30 minutes prior to your workout. To access tolerance, start with 1/2 a scoop.

Orders placed before 3PM AEST, Monday to Friday (not including Public Holidays), will be shipped the same day! Once your payment clears and despatch information is available we'll email you an order tracking number. Most customers receive their supplements in 1-2 business days! As long as:

  • You order before 3pm (AEST) Mon-Fri
  • You use a payment method with instant clearance, like Paypal Instant Payment or Credit Card
  • Your parcel is less than 5kg in cubic weight. (Some bulky goods will not apply)
