Add 6g (1 scoop) to 600ml water and shake. Consume during exercise or immediately afterward.

    Shocking Hit 🍉🍓🫐

    At first the taste is a bit like a hydralyte but - Watermelon Berry - has a bareable sweetness that is drinkable that makes it easy to continue drinking. Blend mixes easily and well, barely any effort needed to mix and the package comes with its own scoop!

    A mixed bag

    Fantastic energy boost, but with that horrible taste you often get with B vitamins, unfortunately. Worth it for keeping me going when I was very drained.
