Application

Apply a 1.5cm sized drop of Chalk Liquid onto the palm of your hands. Evenly coat fingers and palms and allow to dry for 5 seconds

Removal

Wash hands with soap and water until completely removed

Orders placed before 3PM AEST, Monday to Friday (not including Public Holidays), will be shipped the same day! Once your payment clears and despatch information is available we'll email you an order tracking number. Most customers receive their supplements in 1-2 business days! As long as:

First time trying this brand of liquid chalk & it meet all expectations. Great application, consistency, dried quickly & smoothly but most importantly did the job ... NO SWEATY HANDS. Will definitely purchase again when required 👍

Great chalk
Really good liquid chalk. Bottle cap is a bit of a pain and clogs easily. Value wise it is a bit expensive, but the small bottle is convenient to keep in your pocket or gym bag

Must Have!!
Training at a gym where no chalk is allowed, and the bars are worn out, lifting heavy with sweaty hands can cause an issue.
Was a bit skeptical first with this product but as soon as I applied it, it goes ice cold on your hands and dries in a matter of seconds. I sweat enough to cause a flood, but with this liquid chalk it was the first time I had lifted without having to dry my hands a thousand times and have the barbell slip between reps.
It dries completely clear and leaves no mess at all on any items you touch. Must have for any gym goer who refuses to wear gloves ;)
Highly recommended and will go grab a few more bottles.
