Before Training: Mix 1 serving with 400–600ml (13.5–20oz) of water to help minimise muscle breakdown. After Training: Mix 1 serving with 400–600ml (13.5–20oz) of water to enhance muscle recovery. Between Meals: Mix 1 serving with 400–600ml (13.5–20oz) of water to support a positive nitrogen balance.

    The natural ingredient of Switch aminos is the reason I chose this brand. No artificial sweetener or flavours. I think the strength of the amino profile could be increased. The adaptogen, Schisandra, chinensis works great for restoring my energy levels.
