It's not Jack3d but it works well
Having come from the generation that used NO-Xplode and the original Jack3d, for me ABE is the next best thing to having a pre-workout that actually gets you hyped, focused and gets the beta-alanine tinging.
Every flavour is great (I use Energy favlour) so defs recommend it.

My favourite pre workout
Great flavours, doesn't give me the tingles, long lasting energy and feel less tired and sore after a workout. The energy flavour is exactly like a red bull.
