It's not Jack3d but it works well
Having come from the generation that used NO-Xplode and the original Jack3d, for me ABE is the next best thing to having a pre-workout that actually gets you hyped, focused and gets the beta-alanine tinging.
Every flavour is great (I use Energy favlour) so defs recommend it.

Possibly the best pre workout
I've tried many pre workout blends and this is my go to. The energy flavour is surprisingly similar to red bull. It provides a sustained energy level throughout a complete hour workout without any fatigue or crash. I only use a 3/4 scoop which is enough even for leg days. It does produce a small amount of tingling of the ears occasionally but it only lasts for less than a minute.
