    Good product

    I have been taking these for awhile... I did a little control test. I bought a bottle of these took the whole lot as directed.. then once I finished that bottle.. I stopped.. I was off it for about 6 weeks.. I will say that I felt better overall on the Shilajit than not... I think I noticed that I didn't feel as tired during the day.. but off it I noticed feeling I had little less energy.
