    Glycine For Better Sleep

    This product has been a gamechanger for my wife and I with its ability to improve our sleeping. 1 teaspoon in water 30 mins before bed is all it takes. Prepare yourself for more dreams and less getting up during the night (if at all). Nutrition warehouse is my go to for this product but it can be difficult to source. Phone your local store first.
