You must be a resident of Australia or New Zealand and be of legal age in your state or territory to participate. The program is not available to employees or contractors of Nutrition Warehouse, or participants in the Personal Trainer, Industry Discount, or Wholesale Partner programs.

Yes! Create a new account with your preferred email address, then reach out to our customer service team so we can transfer all Rewards points, tier status, and order history to your new account.

No. The Rewards Program is limited to one (1) account per eligible individual. The program is for personal use only — commercial use is strictly prohibited. Members of the NW PT program and Wholesale account holders are not eligible.

You may cancel your participation at any time by contacting our customer service team. Please note that upon cancellation, all accrued points and tier status will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

There are several ways to earn points:

  • Shopping at Nutrition Warehouse (online or in store) — the number of points per dollar depends on your tier level.
  • Completing bonus point activities such as referring a friend, leaving a product review, updating your profile, following NW on Instagram, downloading your card to your wallet, and more. Bonus offers can be found when you are logged into your account.
  • Birthday reward — add your date of birth to your profile to receive a birthday bonus in the month of your birthday.

You must be logged into your account to earn points on any purchase or activity.

6. How many points do I earn per dollar spent?

Your points multiplier is based on your membership tier:

Processing times vary by activity:

  • Purchases: up to 7 days after your purchase date.
  • Product reviews: up to 2 weeks after submission.
  • Refer a Friend: up to 2 weeks after your referred friend completes their first purchase.
  • Downloading card to wallet: up to 2 weeks.

If more than 30 days have passed and your points have not appeared, please contact our customer service team.

No. Points can only be earned on purchases made after you have joined the Rewards Program.

Points are earned only on amounts paid by debit, credit card or cash. Purchases made entirely with a gift card will not earn points. If you use both a gift card and a debit/credit card on the same order, you will only earn points on the portion paid by debit/credit card.

No. Points can only be earned when shopping directly at Nutrition Warehouse — either online at nutritionwarehouse.com.au / .co.nz or in a Nutrition Warehouse store. Purchases made through Amazon or any other third-party retailer are not eligible.

No. Your tier multiplier applies only to points earned from purchases at Nutrition Warehouse. Bonus point offers are awarded at the nominated fixed amount, regardless of your tier. Exception: During a storewide points promotion (e.g. a 2x or 3x points event), the promotion multiplier is applied on top of your tier's base earn rate. For example, a Silver member normally earns 5 points per $1. During a 2x promotion, they would earn 10 points per $1, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

Points cannot be earned on:

  • Shipping, shipping insurance, taxes, or other surcharges.
  • Free gifts with purchase.
  • Gift card purchases.
  • Store credits or merchandise credits.
  • Purchases made using points.
  • Any purchase made through a retailer other than Nutrition Warehouse (including third-party websites and marketplaces).

Points are earned on whole dollars only. Purchases are rounded to the nearest dollar for the purpose of point calculation. For example, a $59.95 purchase rounds up to $60, and a $30.45 purchase rounds down to $30.

Log into your account and navigate to the Rewards dashboard. Click on 'Rewards History' to view your points balance and all past loyalty activity.

our points balance will expire if there has been no qualifying purchase activity on your account for 12 consecutive months. While Nutrition Warehouse may attempt to notify you via email prior to expiry, it is your responsibility to monitor your points balance. Your points balance is not affected when you move up or down between tiers.

Returns for a refund: the points earned on the returned item will be deducted from your balance. Returns for a gift card or exchange: your points will be retained. Please note that new points are not issued when a gift card or exchange item is redeemed.

If your account is terminated, suspended, or cancelled for any reason, all accrued points and tier status will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or reinstated — including if you attempt to create a new account.

There are three tiers — Member, Silver, and Gold — based on your total spend at Nutrition Warehouse within a 12-month period from your anniversary date:

  • Member (Free): Automatic on joining. Earn 3 points per $1.
  • Silver: Spend $500–$999.99 in your 12-month period. Earn 5 points per $1.
  • Gold: Spend $1,000 or more in your 12-month period. Earn 7.5 points per $1.

Your tier is determined by spend, not by your points balance.

Your anniversary date is the date you joined the program, moved up to a new tier, or (for members migrating from My Active Rewards) your transfer date. It marks the start of each 12-month earn window. Your anniversary date is displayed in your account profile and included in emails from Nutrition Warehouse showing your tier progress.

You move up automatically once your spending within your current 12-month window reaches the threshold for the next tier. The date you hit that threshold becomes your new anniversary date, and your 12-month window resets from that point.

To stay in your current tier, you must meet the minimum spend requirement within the 12 months following your anniversary date:

  • Silver: spend $500 within 12 months of your anniversary date.
  • Gold: spend $1,000 within 12 months of your anniversary date.
  • Member: no minimum spend required.

If you don't meet the requirement, you'll be moved down to the tier that matches your actual spend, and the associated benefits will no longer apply.

Your points balance is not affected when you change tiers. Only your points-per-dollar earn rate and other tier benefits will change. You can regain a higher tier at any time by reaching the required spend threshold within your current 12-month window.

  • Online: Log into your account at checkout and select the number of points you'd like to apply to your order.
  • In store: Let the team member serving you know you'd like to redeem points and they will apply them when processing your purchase.

Points cannot be applied toward shipping and handling costs.

Yes, points can generally be combined with other offers or discounts unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Nutrition Warehouse reserves the right to limit point redemption on certain products or promotions.

No. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. They can only be used as store credit toward purchases at Nutrition Warehouse.

No. Unfortunately the Australian and New Zealand NW Active Rewards programs are independent of each other and points can not be earned or redeemed across the two countries.

You can invite friends to make their first purchase at Nutrition Warehouse using your unique referral link. Once your friend completes their first order, you'll receive bonus points — after 30 days from the friend's purchase date.

Key conditions:

  • Available for new Nutrition Warehouse customers only.
  • The referral must be sent to a valid email address.
  • Points are credited once the referred friend makes a qualifying purchase.
  • The referred friend must be a first-time customer.

Add your date of birth to your account profile. During the month of your birthday, you'll receive a birthday bonus — either bonus points or a special offer — communicated to you by email. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder in case the email is filtered.

Yes. Nutrition Warehouse may update, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Rewards Program at any time, including earn rates, redemption values, tier thresholds, and point expiry rules. We will notify you of material changes via your account, our website, or by email or SMS. Continued participation after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
