What Products Does the Best Price Guarantee Apply To?

Our Best Price Guarantee applies to identical products stocked by Nutrition Warehouse and available from a New Zealand competitor at a lower price. To be eligible, the product must:

Be in stock at Nutrition Warehouse
Be in stock with the New Zealand competitor
Be an exact match, including size, flavour, variant and quantity
Be brand new, unused and factory sealed
Not be included in the exclusions listed below
Include all delivery charges, discounts, bonus offers and promo inclusions when comparing prices

What Is Excluded From the Best Price Guarantee?

The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to the following offers, products or price comparisons:

Cashback offers, coupon codes, paper coupons or electronic discount codes
Bulk pricing, wholesale pricing or reduced prices not available to the general public
Prices listed on eBay, Amazon and other third-party marketplaces
Stock liquidations, clearance sales, receiver sales or closing-down sales
Competitors located outside New Zealand
Products already subject to a competitor price beat or price match offer
Competitor products that are on clearance, nearing expiry or short-dated
Single cans and individual bars, although eligible multi-packs such as 12-packs may be considered
Additional discounts, offers or promotional codes after a price beat has been approved
Discounted can prices during in-store only $2 Can Weekend promotions, which cannot be matched online

Can I Price Match Online Stores?

Yep. Our Best Price Guarantee includes eligible products you find online in New Zealand, as long as the item is identical, currently in stock and available to purchase. When comparing online prices, we’ll also factor in any delivery costs to your location.

If the same in-stock product can be bought and delivered to you for a lower total price than ours, we’ll beat that total price by $1. You’ll also receive a free shaker valued at $8.99.
